By downloading or using the Sunplanner mobile application ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License and Usage Constraints

Sunplanner Studio Pro is provided as a perpetual, one-time license tied to your Apple or Google account. The App and its features, including the LiDAR Room Scanner and Custom Room Studio, are licensed exclusively for personal, non-commercial use.

• You may not use this App for commercial real estate sales, commercial architecture, or professional consultancy without obtaining a separate commercial license.
• You may not reverse engineer, distribute, or resell any part of the App.

3. Pro Features and One-Time Purchases

Sunplanner Studio Pro requires a one-time In-App Purchase. This unlocks premium features such as LiDAR scanning, unlimited projects, and 3D exports. No subscriptions are required. We reserve the right to modify the pricing for future users, but your one-time purchase grants you lifetime access to the features available at the time of purchase.

4. Liability and Accuracy

The sunlight simulations and architectural mapping provided by Sunplanner are estimates. We do not guarantee 100% real-world accuracy for physical planning or construction. Use the data at your own risk.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
